30/10/13
What a LONG day!. We all met at 10:00 - 11:00am at Brick Lane and we finished at 20:30pm at south bank so it was a 9-10 hour shoot with a couple of breaks. It honestly didn't even feel long at the time but thinking back to it, yeah it was most definitely Long. This day was just ridiculously windy and cold and i swear my fingers could've turned into ice holding that Fig Rig. Besides that i feel extremely proud of how much we got done on this day, when we were planning our production schedule we originally said that we would be filming at Brick Lane and London Bridge, but when we were about to leave I remembered that there was a bus that went straight to Waterloo from London Bridge and that's when I suggested that we continue filming. Also this was the first day that we had the track that had been sped up by 50% so we could get some shots that would be in Slow motion. I liked kind of playing the role of the director instead being the one directed, I recently finished writing the script for my first short film and i will soon be shooting it and being able to direct this music video is just giving me a bit of experience and an insight as to what it would be like.
Peace out, Christelle xx
