Today we filmed at South bank and Brick Lane. We filmed for the whole day and I was now ready to debut my rap!
It was difficult at time to film in such busy areas, sometimes we had to cut filming because of noise and pedestrians ect. Zara and I had to interact with each other a little more to remind the audience that we area a duo. Once we came to my rap it had reached night time and we had to bring out a dido light so that the clip wasn't too dark. Sometimes it was really embarrassing just because of the people staring and taking time to watch but in the end I just had to block them out and as if my magic it became 10 times easier! All in all it was a fun, I learned had to exaggerate my expressions and body language in order to be more believable and make-sure I spoke loud enough so it would be easier to sync when it came to editing and Wallah my small experience as a rapper was over. Next Zara has to film her boyfriend scene which will be interesting and a nice addition to the video, look forward to it, until next time :)
